Return & Refund Policy

At Align Golf Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email peyton@aligngolfcompany.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect our products, but occasionally mistakes happen.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at peyton@aligngolfcompany.com.

We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you'd prefer once your return has been accepted.

All returns must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
